Daniel Pashin has received training in some of the finest kitchens in New York. He is an alumnus of the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, where he graduated with highest honors. Prior to this he received a degree in business management from Seton Hall University, while attending on an academic scholarship. He has worked under celebrated chefs Alfred Portale, Marcus Samuelsson, Terrance Gallivan, and Nancy Rios at such establishments as Gotham Bar & Grill, August, and Casa Solar. He has an affinity for bold flavors while using cutting edge techniques.
