Restaurant adara will be closing it's doors to the public on Saturday, November 9th. We thank you sincerely for your patronage, your support, and the priceless memories we made here in the last 2 years. We hope that the dining experience here comforted, stimulated, and satiated our guests.
I would also like to thank my staff- I am so proud of what we have achieved here and am so appreciative of your undying commitment and dedication to the pursuit of perfection and the “collective goal”. I will always have a special place in my heart for all of you.
To my management staff I would like to thank for your tireless work and relentless support. We really did something special here and it could not have been what it was without you all. But the work is not done yet, we still have so much more to push for. You will always be Michelin 3 stars in my book.
I was always clear from the day we opened that we were on a 2 ½ year lease and that we would use the Montclair model to attract an investment group that would move this concept to a central location in a major metropolis. I believe that this concept deserves to be amongst the best in order to achieve the proper notoriety and attention in modern gastronomy. We are now at the end of that lease term and we are moving forward in our plans to build Restaurant adara in a central location.
